YOU WILL NEED: – Something to decoupage onto, such as a glass jar. – Tissue paper, wrapping paper, printed clip art, fabric, lace etc. – Cutting utensil. Scissors or craft knife. I like the effect of torn edges best. – Glue. Standard white glue works best if it is diluted with a little water. – Smoother/Glue Spreader. I use a paint brush.
