Cartoon,emoticon,what was it?
Years ago,I remember being able to download little cartoon characters who would hang out on the edge of your screen and make comments as you websurfed or whatever. The little goth girl I saw on a friend’s computer was cute,but my computer lacked,well,most everything required.(4 gig harddrive didn’t cut it) What are these things called, do they still exist, and where can I find them?
